Judge William A BaillargeonJudge William A Baillargeon was first appointed to the Allegan County Courthouse to fill the remainder of the  48th Circuit Court term abandoned by Judge Harry A Beach.  He served on that bench 2006-2008, and was then appointed on March 5, 2009 to fill the balance of Judge Stephen Sheridan‘s term, approved by voters in November 2010.  He ran for and won reelection to a subsequent 6-year term in 2012 (2013-2019).[1]

Judge Baillargeon’s sense of justice is conspicuously demonstrated through his service on the Board of Advisors of CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate), a program providing a voice to children involved in abuse and neglect cases. [2]
